These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 3-Month Sign-Up Subscription service ("Service") offered by Dr Frank’s Weight Loss Clinic, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our." By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription Period and Pricing

1. The subscription period is for a minimum of 3 months and must be paid in full upfront to receive the reduced pricing.
2. The advertised price of £199 per month is applicable only to the 0.25mg, 0.5mg and 1mg strength of Semaglutide (Wegovy or Ozempic), or the 3.0mg, 7.0mg and 14mg strength of Rybelsus.
3. For doses of 1.7mg or 2.4mg, prices may be increased to cover additional medication costs. The updated pricing will be communicated to you in advance.

Payment and Refund Policy

1. If you choose to sign up for the 3-month offer and opt to pay upfront, no refunds will be provided if you request to cancel during month 2 or 3.
2. Refunds will only be considered if one of our specialist nurses deems it unsafe, ineligible, or unsuitable for you to continue with the Semaglutide treatment.
3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to drfranks@howellmedicalgroup.co.uk along with relevant supporting documentation.

Specialist Nurse Assessment:

1. Our specialist nurses will assess your eligibility to continue with the Semaglutide treatment upon receiving a refund request.
2. If the specialist nurse deems it unsafe, ineligible, or unsuitable for you to continue, you may be eligible for a refund for the remaining subscription period.

Changes to Terms:

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Service.
2. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination:

1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Service, or your subscription, at our discretion, without notice.
2. In the event of termination by us, you will be refunded a pro-rata amount for any unused subscription period.

By subscribing to the 3-Month Sign-Up Subscription Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
